1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use investment and digital-asset services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful where you live.

2. Accounts and security

You log in with a username and password and are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is required to withdraw funds.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or abuse.

3. Investment products and no guarantee

The platform offers participation in trading operations through tiered plans. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results, and stated estimated returns are not promises. All capital is at risk — see our Risk Notice.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are made in supported assets to the address and exact amount shown when an address is issued. Withdrawals are subject to network fees, minimum amounts, any scheduled withdrawal window, and security verification including two-factor authentication.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any wallet address you provide. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and we cannot recover funds sent incorrectly.

5. Referral program

The platform offers a multi-level referral program paying commissions on the activity of users you introduce. Creating accounts to refer yourself, or otherwise manipulating the referral structure to obtain commissions, is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account termination.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, abuse the referral or bonus systems, or interfere with the operation of the service.

7. No financial advice

Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from market movements, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of Dominus Capitals, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
